At That Girl Dept., every piece is made to order and handled with care. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition/packaging.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom products.

Gift cards.

Any item returned worn, damaged, or without its original packaging.
💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
⚡ Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
