We want you to love every piece you order. If you’re unsure about sizing or fit before purchasing, reach out at tgd@thatgirldept.com — we’re happy to help.

At That Girl Dept., every piece is made to order and handled with care. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

⏱ Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition/packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Any item returned worn, damaged, or without its original packaging.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

⚡ Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
